Ans. This initiative run by sikh professionals but it is open for entire mankind who believe in ONENESS & our core principles:

• NAAM JAPNA (Discovering spirituality)

• VAND CHAKNA (Sharing & caring)

2. Can a person belonging to any religion be a part of this noble initiative?​

Ans. Yes, a person belonging to any religion, belief system, caste, creed, nationality, sex, ethnicity, etc who believes in ONENESS and our core principles (KIRAT KARO, NAAM JAPO, and VAND CHAKO) can join this noble initiative.

3. What are the required traits to be a Mentor?

​

Ans. The required guidelines for a MENTOR are mentioned below:

1. Abides by our core principles: KIRAT KARO, NAAM JAPO, and VAND CHAKO.

2. Believes in ONENESS and considers everyone as equal.

3. An experienced professional who believes in the Vision of this initiative & willing to guide, share his/her knowledge, skills with others, in an honorary capacity.

4. Can take out time and coach, guide, mentor the candidates

5. Abide by SCG Code of Conduct at all times during his tenure of association with us.

4. What are the required guidelines to get enrolled as a Mentee with your organization?

​

Ans. The required guidelines for a MENTOR are mentioned below:

1. Believes in ONENESS and considers everyone as equal.

2. Abides by our core principles: KIRAT KARO, NAAM JAPO, and VAND CHAKO.

3. A working professional or simply a graduate who is looking out for some mentor for guidance and support related to career or overall development for himself/herself.

4. Should be dedicated & committed works along with Mentor in achieving his Goals as per the plan discussed and decided with his/her Mentor

5. Abide by SCG Code of Conduct at all times during his tenure of association with us. Committed to the welfare of society.

5. Does “SIKH CAREER GROWTH” provide a job guarantee?

​

Ans. No, the initiative “SIKH CAREER GROWTH” aims to provide Mentorship, counselling to enhance skillset and provide Job assistance but doesn’t guarantee any job to a MENTEE.

6. Does “SIKH CAREER GROWTH” provide financial assistance to a person to undergo higher studies/ certification programs?

​

Ans. No, the initiative “SIKH CAREER GROWTH” only aims to provide Mentorship and Job assistance to eligible Mentees and doesn’t aim to provide financial assistance for higher education, skill upliftment, trainings  and household expenses.
